Garden & Glow is an invitation to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself through soothing touch, intentional planting, and meaningful connection.

Hauz of Bea brings our philosophy of Release • Restore • Reconnect into this experience, creating space for you to put down the demands of the week and give yourself a little care.

Before your hands touch the soil, your relaxation begins with an intuitive hand and arm massage with warm towels. Take a deep breath, soften your shoulders, and allow yourself to settle into the moment. This is your time to unwind and make room for the intention you want to plant.

Then, The Greenest Thumb will guide you through a beginner-friendly planting and houseplant care workshop. You’ll create your own potted plant and a personal affirmation tag—a reminder to nurture yourself with the same attention you give your plant.

Throughout the afternoon, enjoy botanical sips, delicious bites, and conversations that invite you to show up just as you are.
